Recommendations on Linked In:

“Linda is a highly skilled and professional senior PMO. I worked with Linda at RBS on the Unicorn Programme. She demonstrated strong communication, stakeholder management and leadership skills. Whilst her role was predominantly focused on managing programme financials she acted as a key knowledge holder and provided invaluable support for more junior members of the team. Her depth of experience was demonstrated through her understanding of planning techniques, managing complex budget structures and utilising RBS's planning/project management tools. Linda impressed me with her hands on approach, positive attitude and ability to deliver required results. She was regarded highly by management and her colleagues. I would have no hesitation in recommending Linda and it would be a pleasure to work with Linda again in the future.”

“Linda is a hard-working and conscientious PMO professional who used her extensive knowledge of the banking industry to help develop our start up PMO function. Linda proved a solid team-player who initiated and completed improvements in the PMO processes and collation of process information for the education of project managers while also proving to be an effective interface between IT and the supported business areas - in particular, the Finance department. I would have no hesitation in working with Linda again should the opportunity arise.”

“Linda is extremely self motivated. She used a range of communication skills and consistently communicated excellently with peers, sub-ordinates and people that held executive positions. Linda displayed a great level of flexibility during her time in RBS. Her role changed two or three times which did not present a problem for her continuing with her high standards of performance. Her main success was running a key strategic project for the organisation which involved managing a number of resources across numerous areas of the organisation. Linda was successful in this and showed that she possessed excellent co-ordination and management skills.”

“Linda worked at WestLB from September 1996 to July 2003 where I was Chief Executive of Global Financial Markets. I found her to be extremely hard working and loyal and a pleasure to work with. Linda’s level of commitment was exemplary and she demonstrated an ability and maturity to contribute to the group; she managed complex projects and adhered to budgets set and communicated well with her colleagues. Linda is a self starter and is self motivated so is used to working both with others and alone.”
