Linda Bush is a Qualified Accountant, Business Manager and Director-level PMO (Programme Management Office), with 34 years of experience. Frequently offered repeat contracts, Linda has acted as Chief of Staff, and managed the financial control of budgets up to £1,250 million and workforce headcount management for up to 1,100 people. Linda has a strong record of delivery in project support, business management, consultancy, accounting and project management. This experience has been gained across a wide range of functional areas in Investment Banking - Back Office, Middle Office, Front Office, Risk, Finance, Audit and IT.   • Programme Management Office (PMO) – Set up of Project Governance processes and PMO functions from scratch, both as a Consultant, and in Line management roles. Peer reviews of signature programmes, and management of project plans, stage gates and closures. Stakeholder management in global organisations and on large scale programmes.

  • Strategy and Implementation – Formulation and delivery of an IT Strategy for Banking Operations and Product Control, including vendor selection, management of project managers, IT planning/ budgeting and actual costs versus budget variance analysis.

  • Project Management – From initial requirements gathering and business analysis, to implementation of new systems and process improvements.
