Linda Bush has 32 years' experience and a strong record of delivery in project support, business management, consultancy, accounting and project management. This experience has been gained across a wide range of functional areas in Investment Banking - Back Office, Middle Office, Front Office, Risk, Finance, Audit and IT. As well as being a qualified Accountant controlling budgets up to £100 million (1,100 FTE), Linda is an experienced Director-level PMO and Business Manager who is consistently asked to return by previous managers. She has also set-up and managed the administration and accounting for three small companies.

Peer reviews of signature programmes, and management of project plans, stage gates and closures. Stakeholder management in global organisations and on large scale programmes.

  • Business & Portfolio Management – Business Manager and Head of PMO for a busy change delivery team with a portfolio of over 30 programmes and over 200 staff. Trusted Advisor and ‘right-hand-man’ to the Head of a large Department or Programme – providing a sounding-board and honest, constructive feedback on strategy and HR planning.

  • CEO/COO/CIO Office Manager – Secretariat and senior internal Consultant for special projects and investigations, ad-hoc ‘fire-drill’ data analyses, and reporting to senior management.

  • Programme Accountant – Accounting and financial commentary and reporting for programme budgets of up to £100 million and headcount management for up to 1,100 people.

  • Strategy and Implementation – Formulation and delivery of an IT Strategy for Banking Operations and Product Control, including vendor selection, management of project managers, IT planning/ budgeting and actual costs versus budget variance analyses.

  • Project Management – From initial requirements gathering and business analysis, to implementation of new systems and process improvements.
