* Registering new sole traders, partnerships and businesses:
- Sole Traders need to register for Self Assessment if you earn over £1,000 in a tax year
- Partnership and individual partners need to be registered with HMRC for Self Assessment
- Limited Companies and Partnerships need to be incorporated with Companies House
- VAT Registration is mandatory if your VAT-taxable turnover exceeds £90,000
